Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZogaGo’s websites, web beta, mobile apps, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using ZogaGo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to terms
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use ZogaGo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Related documents that also apply: our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any in-product notices. In case of conflict for a specific feature, the more specific notice may control for that feature.
2. What ZogaGo is (and is not)
ZogaGo is a technology platform that connects travelers and senders so they can coordinate peer-to-peer deliveries or related tasks along shared routes. ZogaGo is not a courier, carrier, logistics company, insurer, or employer of users.
Any delivery, payment between users (outside platform credits), meetup, or parcel handling is an agreement between those users. You are solely responsible for complying with transport, customs, and local laws.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh (or your place of residence, if stricter).
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or underage.
4. Verification & trust features
Optional or required verification (phone, email, national ID / NID, or other checks) may be used to improve trust. Submitting false identity information is prohibited. Verification does not guarantee another user’s honesty, safety, or performance.
Identity privacy features may limit how much of a name or contact detail is shown before a match progresses. Circumventing those protections to harass or scam others is a violation.
5. Jobs, trips, bids & messaging
When you post a trip, job, bid, review, or message, you grant ZogaGo a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Services and for safety/moderation.
You agree that in-app chat is for coordination and may be monitored or reviewed for safety and policy enforcement. Do not treat chat as a private or secret channel. Do not share unnecessary personal data (full addresses of minors, passwords, one-time codes, etc.).
- Post accurate routes, times, parcel descriptions, and budgets.
- Only accept jobs/trips you can safely and lawfully complete.
- Do not use ZogaGo to move illegal, hazardous, stolen, or restricted items.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or scam other users.
- Report suspected abuse using in-app reporting tools when available.
6. Prohibited items & conduct
Without limitation, you must not use the Services for:
- Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or other unlawful goods.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items requiring a license you do not hold.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or anything involving minors in a harmful context.
- Money laundering, fraud, phishing, or payment manipulation.
- Malware, scraping at abusive scale, reverse engineering beyond legal rights, or attacking our systems.
- Impersonation, fake reviews, or manipulating ratings.
We may remove content, cancel listings, withhold features, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities when we reasonably believe these Terms or law have been violated.
7. Credits, payments & promos
ZogaGo Credits (or similar units) may be required for actions such as posting or bidding. Free allowances, promo codes, and paid top-ups may be offered at our discretion and can change.
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (for example mobile financial services). Their terms apply to the payment step. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered to your ledger.
Credits have no cash value outside the Services, are not bank deposits, and may not be sold or transferred except as we allow. We may reverse credits obtained by error, abuse, or chargeback.
8. Fees & taxes
Platform fees (if any) will be disclosed in product surfaces before you confirm a paid action. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services or earnings you arrange with other users outside the platform.
9. Disputes between users
If a delivery or job goes wrong, users should first attempt good-faith resolution. ZogaGo may offer in-product dispute or report tools and may review evidence to apply safety measures, but we are not obligated to mediate every private disagreement or guarantee recovery of loss.
You release ZogaGo from claims arising from interactions with other users to the maximum extent permitted by law, except where our own willful misconduct caused the harm.
10. Intellectual property
ZogaGo branding, UI, software, and content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP except as allowed by these Terms or written permission.
You retain ownership of content you post, subject to the license in Section 5. You must not post content that infringes others’ rights.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that other users will complete jobs safely or as described.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOGAGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ZOGAGO FOR CREDITS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) BDT 5,000 — EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (FOR EXAMPLE, CERTAIN PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE).
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify ZogaGo against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms or law — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue a feature. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Governing law & disputes with ZogaGo
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.
Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.
Before filing a claim, you agree to email hello@zogago.com with a brief description of the dispute and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and may provide in-app or email notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
