Community Guidelines
These guidelines explain how to stay safe and respectful on ZogaGo. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and help us keep the platform trustworthy for travelers and senders across Bangladesh.

1. The spirit of ZogaGo
ZogaGo works when people coordinate honestly: clear posts, fair bids, respectful chat, and reliable handovers. Treat every meetup as a real-world interaction with someone who deserves dignity and safety.
2. Be accurate
List real routes, times, parcel size/weight, and what you can safely carry. Do not bait-and-switch prices or hide important constraints (fragile items, time pressure, restricted buildings).
3. Safety first
Meet in well-lit, public places when possible. Share trip details with a trusted contact. Never open packages you are not authorized to open. Decline anything that feels illegal, unsafe, or coercive.
Chat may be monitored for safety. Report scams, harassment, or illegal requests — reporters stay anonymous to the other party.
4. Respect & inclusion
No hate speech, threats, sexual harassment, doxxing, or discrimination based on religion, gender, ethnicity, disability, or similar protected characteristics. Disagreements happen; abuse does not belong here.
5. No scams or off-platform pressure
Do not ask others for passwords, OTPs, or remote access. Be cautious of requests to move all conversation and payment outside ZogaGo solely to avoid accountability. Platform credits and official payment flows exist for a reason.
6. Prohibited parcels
Do not request or accept illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen goods, counterfeit currency/documents, or other unlawful items. If unsure whether something is allowed, do not move it.
7. Honest reviews
Reviews should reflect real experiences. Fake reviews, review extortion, or retaliation for lawful reports are not allowed.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn, limit features, remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Serious illegal activity may be referred to authorities. Appeals can be sent to hello@zogago.com with your account email and case details.
9. Updates
We may update these guidelines as the product and safety landscape evolve. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
